I dunno, dude, it still reads a bit like a sales pitch. There were a few examples throughout, but the red flag was the system requirements. Neither the Wiki page for Crysis (a game known for being hard on then-current gen computers), nor KSP (a game famous for being near the pinnacle of indie development), list the system requirements of their respective games. I'd personally advise dropping it.

The problem is that a core 2 duo is weaker than a Phenom II X4, in most games they used to say that core 2 duo or Athlon/Phenom II X3

In the moderate level you should write: Core 2 Quad or Phenom II X4 (and maybe Athlon II X4, for example a Phenom II X4 955 can run one car with decent FPS) and than you could use the Core 2 Duo, and Phenom/Athlon X2 for the base level, but I hardly doubt that you'll get decent FPS with 2 core CPUs...

I have tested this to proove that the game is very CPU heavy, so I put a GTX 550ti 1gb with a intel E3400 2.2ghz dual core, I struggled to get 10fps on the lowest settings in windowed mode at 720p, so I HIGHLY DOUBT a single core will even launch the game.

That's alright then as he mentioned dual, triple and quad core parts not singles.
