Problem With Audio

When I drive on dirt roads on the Utah map, my car sounds start to cut out and eventually stop. But this only happens when I have AI cars driving around. I have no mods active and my ram usage is only 50%. I have my max car limit set to 7 and I take no performance drop, I just have audio problems. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Not sure if it's the same issue as yours, but essentially if there's a lot of other cars moving around me the engine noises stop, but I can still hear the noises of the cars on the road/dirt and whatnot, not sure why this is.

 

Yes that is the same problem I am having. I even checked to make sure my voices are set to 512.
