I can't delete the binding for the headlights, can anybody help?

 

It might work and just not display the change.

Delete the keybinding
Set the new one
leave the menu

reopen the menu

check if it is working then.

Can be a bit wonky at times.

 

Anyone have a fix for the vehicle sound cutting out if many is spawned ? Ive tried to max the maximum voices (512) but it still cut out (no mods, safe mode)

 

It's a known issue, TDK said he's working on it. He recommends setting it to 512 voices to help reduce the problem.

Yes thank you but I arleady known about that and tried it but it still cut out. Is there any other possible fixes for this or I likely need to wait for the hotfix?

 

In all of the four stopping the suspect scenarios, are they supposed to basically kill themselves by driving into something? The Barstow just crashes into a tree or pole after like a kilometer, the Wendover loses control after the jump on the dirt path & slams into a tree, the LeGran hits the guardrail right at the top of the hill which makes it roll over violently multiple times & the Beamcom van gets slammed by me into it which causes it to drift off its path & into a tree which pretty much just kills it...

Am I unlucky or is there something wrong with those chases?

 

I never tried those, but I mean, there is nothing wrong with a little destruction

 

Ive tried them since the 0.22 and everything was working as intended I guess. The only problem I got, I was able to take out the beamcom before the first turn and the barstrow crashed in a tree

 

A quick followup to this: I've mostly given up on trying to use my wheel for now, decided to switch to my controller instead, and I'm now having issues with my controller binds not saving either. I get essentially the same issue that I do when I try to change my FFB settings: when I try to apply a change to a binding; it closes the menu, doesn't make the change, and I can't for the life of me figure out what's causing it. I'm beginning to get frustrated. Safe Mode still doesn't fix it, I've reinstalled the game, I've tried deleting my user profile folder, and nothing seems to be working. The reason I'm posting this on this thread is because the issue didn't crop up until the game got updated.

 

The radiators for the high speed configs (Rally, Track, Hillclimb) of the Wendover are extremely underpowered and the engine starts getting very hot after just a few minutes of competitive driving.

 

Is anyone else having issues with mods that add engines to the D series? When I try to spawn one, the trans and engine fall out from under the truck. Thanks!

 

Please tell me the dramatic sound level reduction in the exhaust antilag/backfire/pops and crackles is a bug!

I can't be the only one notices this: the Vivace Hillclimb and Asphalt, SBR Hillclimb, 200bx Demon and *some* other flame shooting cars have very low sounds for the exhaust pops and effects.
...But at the same time, the Legran Custom and Barstow Drag for example, have a loud, normal sound for its pops and crackles.

the auto in the wendover and legran really need their shiftlogic redone. Consider adding grand marshal shift logic.

 

The Grand Marshal was an entire different era with improved technology. The Wendover and LeGran have crappy auto gearboxes because auto gearboxes were that crappy irl during the '80s.

god it just sucks that they ruined dual clutches in this update. cant even drive my daily vivace. guess im stuck with my new daily wendover 3800
