The AWD model makes better sense with that grill now that I think about it.

meh, that was more dodge to include awd in their economy stuff, but im assume 90% of the 4wd legran wagon idea came from the AMC Eagle Sx4 Wagon

Agreed, now that I look at it, it seems more and more like an almost exact copy of the Pontiac 6000, which leads me to believe we may be getting an AWD system with this rework.

The Pontiac 6000 was available with AWD from the factory in STE trim but, I would bet there will be a lifted AWD wagon. Transverse V6 but, AWD wagon none the less.

I'd say so with the transfer case slot and new super low ratio axle ratios that came out in the previous update. Along with the lifted springs.

The wagon body looks incredible. I'm suuuuuper excited about it! And like mentioned above, 4x4 or AWD would be pretty sick.

This is the closest thing we have to a Soliad Wendover thread, so I ask: when will justice be done our new favorite luxo-wedge?
    --- Post updated ---
And more on topic, looking at the seat in the pink car, it seems the LeGran's interior may have been touched up a little?

i hope the legran gets the same digital crt head unit as the wendover, since i think it would be fitting.
also i think this is the only car game where pre 2000's american cars are priorities

One of the biggest reasons I've been looking forward to the lifted wagon is as a quirky budget off road/gambler build. So far, I'm really liking this. It has replaced the 150dQX as my favorite unconventional off road config. I like to use the Small Island Mountain Climb as my off road benchmark and this thing was great. The small size makes it way more comfortable for those small mountain trails than the giant superbuilds, even if it can't keep up with their pace.

The Campagne comes with locking/LSD center diff, low range, and front rear LSD (there is aftermarket welded diff options for the LeGran). I definitely hope to see more off road aftermarket bits for her some day, including a much higher lift kit. There's some really awesome off road AMC Eagle builds out there (admittedly, the SX body is a lot cooler looking to begin with) and the LeGran has the foundations to be able to fill that niche after this update. I definitely hope to see a cool custom off road config someday.

One problem with using this thing as an off road build is availability. The rally, Campagne, and Fire Chief are the only lifted AWD configs. Since I wouldn't consider buying a pre-built rally car reasonable for a cheap truck challenge, that one doesn't count. But the Champagne is the most valuable factory config (significantly more than even the Sport SE AWD facelift) and according to the description it is an incredibly low production number trim level. Then there's the fire chief, which has all the same issues as the campagne. Hopefully these will pop up in career mode junk yards once in awhile. It's a quirky car so it should not be highly available, but at least accessible enough so it's a feasible cheap truck challenge option. If you're sitting here saying "just slap a lift kit onto a standard AWD config", the facelift sport SE is the only other factory config with AWD. So that isn't really a great option either.

agreed, i like it being rare but would be cool if there were a couple of low end awd sedan or wagon configs for snowy places
edit: also gib option for wendover v8 swap in legran plox

One option to preserve rarity but also make them more accessible is regional specific population values. Maybe make it not so rare in ECUSA junk dealerships but extremely rare on other map's dealerships.

I really like how customizable the car is now, all cars should be like this! (Except of course all the cars that are more customizable)

Found this on the internet. Figured people would be interested in seeing a possible LeGran superbuild. Never thought I'd be saying that...

    One word: Hearse.

I know there is such a mod out there but I doubt it still works. With all the improvements in the LeGran, a hearse would be really fun.

Hearses are generally made out of larger luxury vehicles. There are of course exceptions; I've seen a fair number of volume B-body hearses, but I've never seen anything like what a LeGran hearse would be. I think the GM is the only car we have that a hearse would make sense on. I've seen a fair number of Caprice hearses.
