Just kidding, but you should specify what you are trying to achieve. If you unpack an existing vehicle with specific LUA you can see how the folder hierarchy works. Some LUA though isn't placed in the vehicle folder (vehicles/some_vehicle/lua) but needs to go straight into the lua folder (ZIP/lua/sort_of_LUA/ and so on..)

How do you access the lua cuz I click in the folder there’s nothing there that says lua

 

If there is no lua folder then just make one.
This is all I can do for you currently. This mod has been off the radar for too long and I cannot share a fix without consent of the author(s).
I have shared fixes for mods before but they were still on the repo or had author's approval.
