Actually the roofline is based from the BMW M4 But it is clearly shiwing that this car doesn't fit the design of the ETK. We are figuring out the best design for it. We considered to use the old design I posted, but it is not fixed statement. Further improvement will do, I think Very nice, organized opinion from you! Thanks for your massive help(actually I'm touched)! I'll surely share your suggestion to our team --- Post updated --- Actually is this design look like 2022 version? The problem we are facing is that the past design does not really suit for the 2022. I mean, this was originally made for 2019 but as I postponed the project the year before now, and came back, the design flow of the market escallated dramatically. The original ETK design trend is somewhere from 2014 BMW. Urgh. This is so hard...
I think you should try something new, you should evolve what it means to be an ETK design, but keep the grille because we all know that's symbolic of ETK of course.
I think this older design is amazing for a mid-cycle refresh, but not for a full redesign. I still think it would be pretty cool if this version eventually got made, but I can't wait to see what you guys come out with.
Yea i think the older refreshed design like it is there looks pretty 2022 ish. At least the front, the back maybe should be more aggressive in my opinion. Maybe with some wider fenders or something.
This is gonna be sweet when completed! I will say though, for the taillights on the face lifted design, you should get rid of the K series badge on the trunk and have the taillights go all the way across to meet each other.
Alright, I know I'm late but I'd like to give my constructive criticism on the design from my perspectiv, I'm not judging the model itself (which on that note it looks pretty good so I can't say much else about that). First off, as other people have continued to mention, it doesn't have that feel of a K-Series. I'm agreeing with that sentiment, but I think it comes down to the fact it looks like a compact overall, with the 2-Series vibe and all. As for the front itself, from what it looks to me it makes me think of a Cadillac more than it does of a German car, so that's another point I'd like to note. Other issues that I would make noteworthy include the front fender wells being too close to the headlight, the front not having much of a bulge effect, the body cut on the side is too harsh, and the window-line is sorta oversized. My verdict on what I think will be the most helpful to improve the design is basically heading back to the drawing board, and make sure to break down your references of the best fitting cars for the job. Otherwise, good luck and I wish you the best!
If you going to use the older face lift designs as a mid cycle for the current ETK, take notes from Dodge. All of their cars are ancient, and it still works when you do a face lift and add 700 horsepower. If you going to make a new generation, I have no clue.
I'd beg to differ, most people are criticizing FCA for refusing to update their cars, and their sales are suffering because of it. That only works for so long. I think an all new k-series would be better, and eventually a pre-facelift mod would be nice. It could be sort of like the pre-facelift A5 or something.
imma keep coming back to this forum at least once a week to keep motivating yall cuz this looks really kool!!!!!!
It is VERY cool but as an etk k series? It looks like the new gen of the etk 800 but coupe --- Post updated --- It could be used as an Cherrier version of the Peugeot RCZ, in my opinion watching the render it looks like an new RCZ
yes we are work but pss5156 now heavily loaded with studies he can't make status uptade. it's not all problems P_enta leave from team (not say why) and not sended 3d model. i send progress later (now i change PC me need dowandload software)
big or very late status update this is my second post I can make mistakes. 1.the headlights have been improved (so far without materials) 2. the front bumper has been modified, a lip has appeared and the quality has increased. 3.trunk got a new element which I myself had in mind. 4. A small spoiler was added to the trunk at the request of Kasir. thanks for the idea, send more of them. 5. 2 small wings were added. (Most likely they will be refined. Give your ideas: what to do with them.) 6. a body kit was created in the style of bench sport (it is so called on mark2, mark, chaisers) 7. A DTM style body kit and a spoiler were created for it (so far it connects to the front only with the bench sport. I will fix it later.) 8 taillights have been redesigned and now have materials.(see 3) 9 this something was created a long time ago, but I just decided to post it. 10 rear diff. was extruded (see 4 or 7) 11 added sharpness to many details, I will not list everything. maybe I could forget something, I hope that the guys from the team will remind me pss5156 write on the main page where the messages are now.
Alright... i just wanted to ask, what is gonna happen with that model, is it gonna be an cherrier as i suggested? or something?
