Cancelled 2020 Sunburst(facelift)

This is my first mod and I feel like its looks "eh" enough to share here so I've spent last night trying to port it to the game just to see if it would work but when i tried to spawn it nothing showed also in the vehicle picture menu it had no stats or anything. I've noticed that i have so jagged lines and edges on it because I'm using sculptor mode i tried using modeling mode but i just didn't understand it i want to learn how to use it though. I'm using the Vivace dash and gauges but i don't know if or when I port it to the game will it work or not, may someone help me sorry if I made this thread confusing to read lol

only little ones like the headlights taillights mirrors the bottom bumper is a little tweaked and I've added the vivace dash i was going to name it the sunburst face lift but before i moved the thread here someone suggest the 2020 sunburst so i went with that

Nice. But, can i tell you that Sunburst Facelift is not a bad idea? You can call it Sunburst 2020 (Facelift)

 

wow the vivace dashboard looks good in the sunburst. maybe use an ETK steering wheel as its the most modern but not blocky wheel

 

I've shrunk down the gauge cluster for a more sleek look I'm going to try and do the same for the infotainment.

 

Will the gauges have a custom dial texture than the Vivace?

 

When I figure out how then yeah! But this mod will probably take longer than usual because it’s my first mod rn I’m still trying to learn the modeling mode on blender because sculpting mode as shown in the images is very choppy, but to get back to your question it will have custom gauge texture

 

this sounds neat! i can't wait to see how it turns out. however, if you plan on making a different grill for it or something, may i suggest:



perhaps a 2018-2021 Hyundai Elantra styled grill or something?

 

this is really cool.

but a small suggestion when you get to the textures don't put plastic on the door pillars as that looks a bit late 2000's / eco car

but other than that, this is great

Hmmmm i can try im still trying to edit the grill but im having some trouble so as soon as i get the hang of it i can try that design!

So ive changed the head light design again because i want a more aggressive look maybe have these headlights for only a sport model and the other ones for like a base model? anyways im going to try working on the grill and try to change it uup and make it look nice! more updates soon

The is for sur not the final design its still pretty rough but i did take inspiration form the Hyundai Elantra send above. It's looking okay so far!

Otherthan the crusty looking top which one looks better?

 

Defo the 1st, it's truer to the original and generally looks better

 

first one, second doesn't fit the style of the car like putting MUSTANG TAIL LIGHTS ON A CROSSOVER FORD!
