I just re read this and I made way too confusing to read sorry lol

 

Crash Description: (01/01/97 Earl 23 yrs Maratha 19 yrs) 8PM:A newlywed husband and wife were coming home from their honeymoon. The husband was driving at 45MPH when the back wheels lose traction and they hit a fallen log.

Injuries (if any):The Husband sufferer critical injuries he was rushed o the hospital. The wife suffered major injuries.

Aftermath (lawsuit etc): The Husband recovered but is paralyzed from the waist down, the wife made a full recovery

Case: Road Rage turned Homicide, October 9th, 2004

Description: A black pickup truck was pursued by a unknown driver, eventually being rammed into a dirt enbankment, where the truck landed on it's roof, completely caving in and slid for nearly 100 feet.

Injuries: The truck driver, a 36 year old Dockworker named Richard Greene, was killed instantly when the roof caved in. His neck was shattered, his skull nearly cracked in two, and both of his arms were broken.

Vehicles involved: Modified 1991 Gavril D25 V8 4WD Longbed, Modified Bruckell Moonhawk.

Location: West Coast, USA

Aftermath: After the accident, police turned to the traffic cameras that were placed along the road. However, while the audio was clearly audible, the camera footage was mostly corrupted, aside from a single frame on a camera placed at the intersection where Mr. Greene's truck was found. The frame was enhanced as much as possible, though it is still near impossible to get a visual of the Moonhawk's Driver or license plate. After further investigations, it was found out that Mr. Greene had been involved in multiple incidents of road rage, some of which turned into near fatal accidents. The police theorized that Mr. Greene flew off the handle again and tried to ram the Moonhawk driver, but instead was given a taste of his own medicine. Police searched the entire West Coast for that Moonhawk and it's possible driver for the next few months, but they could never find it, and as a result, the case remains unsolved.

Case: Wrong-way driving causes multiple car collision, 20 July 2006.

Description: Jessica Derlo, a 20 y/o student nurse and employee at Turbo Burger, was driving to the airport with his boyfriend, Jack Jakob, also employee at Turbo Burger. Her parents were driving next to her. A Pessima driver saw lights driving to them and tried to move away, but was too late. A SUV crashes into the Pessima and the rent car.

Injuries: Jessica died at the scene. Jack was seriously injured; the doctors coudn't save him and died 5 hours later. The Pessima driver survived with srumbled ribs. The Roamer Driver had minor injuries.

Car(s): 1986 ETK I Cabrio, 1996 Gavril Roamer, 1999 Ibishu Pessima, 2000 Gavril Roamer (undamaged)

Location: West Highway, Utah, USA

Aftermath: Why the Roamer driver (82) drove the wrong way was unknown; possiblely suicidal reasons. The Pessima driver was living the next few years with phisical injuries and always thinks he "did not enough to save everyone". Although he had gone to a doctor he ended his life when he drove his new car from a cliff. He letted a wife and 2 children behind. The Roamer driver died from a heart attack. Jessica's parents still live and keeped the Roamer. Turbo Burger keeped a silent march for Jessica and Jack.

Case: Plane found 5 years after it as reported missing by rapper DatToddler's film crew

Description: The plane was owned by Frank Rotten nicked named the Rotten Tomato he is known for converting planes into party planes and renting them for parties, he was hosting a party on this plane it had 40 passengers including the pilot. It was found broken apart and rusted it was also housing a lot of lizards,snakes,and other animals, from what we got from the vlack box recording the plane was traveling at a speed of 245 knots when it impacted the ground, from cockpit recording we hear the pilot talking normally to ATC when he starts slurring his words it went quiet for 1 minute then you can hear screaming coming from the cabin as the passengers realized what was about to happen 10 seconds later we hear a boom and it goes silent.

Injuries: All 40 occupants died, all bodies were heavily decayed and burned, the deaths all seem to be from blunt force, the worst passenger state is Mason Jackson he was found decapacitated all his limbs were gone his legs were missing his feet and his feed were missing his toes same goes for his hands. All bodies had to be identified by dental records

Aftermath: The NTSB concluded that the Pilot suffered a stoke that left paralyzed and un able to properly control the craft leading it to crash. The bodies have been sent to families to be properly disposed of. The company changed its name after the incident so it can not be associated with the accident but it backfired as the families and population thought that the company should memorialize the people who perished, they have since field for bankruptcy and gone out of business.

Case: loss of control, July 29th 1994.

Description: a couple on a caravan holiday were driving along the autostrada when a combination of their speed and a crosswind caused the caravan to start snaking along. The driver was unable to get it back into line and ended up turning the snake into a fishtail, slamming the car into the barrier. Another car was unable to stop and hit the caravan in the live lane.

Injuries: apart from a few glass cuts and mild whiplash, the couple were fine, as was the person who hit them afterwards.

Vehicles involved: 1988 ETK I-Series 2400ix, 1991 Ibishu Hopper XT4.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the caravan was repaired, but the ETK was a write-off. Its owners returned to their native France and bought a brand-new ETK 800.

Case: Reckless driving, June 23rd, 2020

Description: During a funeral procession that was being held for Franklin Dolton, a 98 year old retired Carpenter, a 43 year old woman named Jade Ward crashed into the side of the Hearse that was carrying Mr. Dolton's body.

Injuries: Jade Ward only received a few bruises from the airbag of her Crossover SUV's airbag. The driver of the hearse, a 53 year old man named Jacob Wright, received a broken arm, a fractured leg, whiplash, and a concussion from when his head slammed into the glass window of his car.

Vehicles involved: 2020 Cherrier Tograc 160Q, 1988 Bruckell LeGran Funeral Coach.

Location: Garfield Heights, Ohio, USA.

Aftermath: Mrs. Ward claimed that her car should've automatically braked when the Hearse got in the way of her car since it had safety features such as automatic braking, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and so on. After it was found out on a traffic camera that she was not only texting while driving, but also doing 45mph in a 35mph zone, she was arrested for reckless driving, reckless endangerment, speeding, running a red light, and driving without insurance. Mrs. Ward's license was also permanently revoked. The Tograc was recovered and repaired by Mrs. Ward's husband Dustin, which he drove around until eventually selling it and buying a 1974 Bruckell Moonhawk V8 Sport online. The LeGran was totaled, and after Mr. Wright recovered from his injuries, was given it's own funeral by Mr. Wright's family and his employees that worked at his funeral home before being sent to the salvage yard. However, after sitting in the salvage yard for a few years, it was eventually bought by a 28 year old man named Nathan O'Connor, who miraculously repaired the Hearse, and now drives it around town. Mr. Wright eventually bought a 1996 Gavril Grand Marshal Funeral Coach to replace his beloved LeGran.

Case: inattentive driver causes pileup, June 17th 1991.

Description: a trucker driving through the city took his attention away from the road to try and clean up his spilt lunch off his jeans. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a red light, and looked up to see a red traffic light with two lanes of traffic waiting at it. He could not stop in time and ploughed into the queuing cars, taking out one cross-traffic and one oncoming as well as he flew across the junction.

Injuries: the three occupants of an Ibishu Covet were all killed, as was the driver of the Gavril that bore the brunt of the impact. The driver of the oncoming car, the elderly couple in the cross-traffic car, and the two occupants of a pickup truck, all got away with minor injuries. The truck driver and the driver of another Covet were both fine.

Aftermath: the truck driver was charged with four counts of vehicular manslaughter and sentenced to 12 years in prison- he managed to get out on parole in 1999 due to good behaviour while inside, but never returned to a driving job. A proposal was made to limit the weight of trucks driving through the hills in an attempt to reduce accidents by late braking, but the state government ruled that the truck would not have been using that route were it not for roadworks blocking off the main dock road, and that the lost time was not worth the expenditure required for such a scheme. The Grand Marshal and the Covet DXi were both complete wrecks, and although all the rest could be repaired the D25 met a different fate- it was sold very cheap to a man in the countryside who used it to get around his ranch for the next 21 years, until it had virtually rusted away. All injured parties fully recovered, though the 14-year-old passenger in the D-Series was too traumatised to get in a car again for many years.

Description: 2 robbers robbed a bank and got away.They got in this epic chase and it ended in the cars dying.

Injuries: They were fine

Aftermath: The cars were totaled and later sat for years.They were then repaired and brang to a museum

Case: Drunk driver rams into taxi causing slight damage to oncoming cars Jan 21 2012

Description: The Taxi cab was cruising down the Matrix Freeway to pickup passengers A blue Dodge Neon bangs into side of taxi and causes taxi to veer to the right causing the Charmand to slow down and hit the wall Cargo van pulls up and dials 911

Injuries: slight bruise on Jed (taxi driver) but nothing big

Aftermath: Blue Dodge Neon driver was arrested for drinking and driving, Jed Nearly lost his job but talked to his boss and was ok, Charmand driver was a little upset with her 20 year old car engine being broke The Mechanic said It was fixable for 3,000 $ Gavril traveler driver was thanked by Jed and the Officers
