Tesla Automation Official Hi! Welcome to our main thread for this project my friends (@Pstath and @ItsYourBoi ) and I are making! This project consists of replicating Tesla vehicles for BeamNG with the most accurate specs and look possible. The models are planned to be often updated to improve them over time. We are happy to hear your feedback and we thank you for the reviews you all let us! Tesla Model 3 (Completed) (v.1.15) This reproduction of the Tesla Model 3 is for the automation repository. The car includes options like controllable battery capacity, BeamNavigator, adjustable ride height and custom sound. The interior is 55% recreated and should be awesome to see with the interior cam (at least for an automation mod). Features: - BeamNavigator - Adjustable Ride Height - Interior Cam - Accurate specs - Custom Sound Tesla Model S (2021 Facelift) (WIP) After being done with the Model 3, we will start working on recreating the 2021 facelifted Model S. A luxurious , sporty sedan with awesome features. The above picture shows the current model we've done. Features: - BeamNavigator - Adjustable Ride Height - Interior Cam - Accurate specs - Custom Sound - Customizable License Plate -Various Drive Modes Tesla Roadster (Completed) (V.1) Since it's unveiling of the v2 Tesla Roadster, the world has went nut with how this car accelerates (0-100km/h in 1.9s). Now, we are making it possible for the BeamNG community. Features: - BeamNavigator - Adjustable Ride Height - Interior Cam - Accurate specs - Custom Sound - Customizable License Plate -Various Drive Modes - Functional Steering Wheel (WIP) Tesla Model X (Planned) Dont you worry, this mod doesn't include any lawyers discussing how your driving is. (The Grand Tour's Jeremy Clarkson Tesla Model X review reference) This has yet to be the hardest model we will have to replicate, the Model X. Automation offers various mods with Tesla style bodies, but the SUV one has a crappy front morphing which makes it almost impossible to replicate the famous falcon door beast. We don't promise on a release for this one, but we will do our best for the BeamNG community following us. Features: - BeamNavigator - Adjustable Ride Height - Interior Cam - Accurate specs - Custom Sound - Lawyer Mode (?)
Tesla Model 3 development update: BeamNavigator (?): We are currently working on adding BeamNavigator to the center screen to add a little more realism then other automation cars. If you are a modder yourself and would like to give us some help, we would really appreciate. Reversing sound: The team is working on making the reverse sound a possible feature of this automation mod. Dog Mode while car is stopped (?): I ain't sure if this one feature will make it to the final cut of the mod. This is really up to you guys Leaving you with these info's on what we are doing our best to make possible, I love reading you guys ideas and am always opened to suggestions.
It will be good to have the screen working as it in real life. Like the lamp icon turned on when the lights are turned on and the battery cell icon working. Or even make the autopilot screen working just like in real life, showing lanes and other cars. Though this seems impossible since there hasn't been a feature like this in other car mod. It will also be nice if the screen has an option where it can show player's computer time like in Bitron B2 mod instead of static "12:00" like some of the cars in FH4.
With an automation mod, I doubt all of the screen details are possible, but i've tried the Bitron B2 before and am considering contacting the creator of it to get some help concerning the screen. For now, the BeamNavigator seems to be the easiest feature to add.. however I do not say it is impossible to have a working time clock and ''speedometer''.
Hello everyone! We have opened a discord group named the Tesla Automation Official. Our team is currently looking for experienced modders that could help the tasks of adding the BeamNavigator and Reverse Sound on the Model 3. Later on, we will be working on other models of the Tesla car manufacturer. We are not searching for testers anytime soon other then the modders themselves. If you are experienced and would like to join the team: Inbox me via Private Message on BeamNG your discord account and what you would like to work on. Thank you and have a nice day!
Development Progress 2021-01-30 Tesla Roadster added to project (Work In Progress) The Roadster from Tesla is confirmed and added to our list! Our team doesn't plan to start working on it until we get comfortable with the Model 3 but will sure make an appearance on the automation repository section this summer. Tesla Model S and Model 3 custom sound approved (Work In Progress) You know that Jetson-style space shuttle sound? Well, it's coming officially for all our models on the way. At low speed, these models are equiped with a Pedestrian Warning System which emits a sound.
It will for sure replicate the specs of the Tesla Roadster v2, which means 0-100km/h in 2.1s and a Top Speed estimated to +400km/h. All wheel drive as well with the two-tone interior.
Development update: Model 3 BeamNavigator Successful! Thanks to the help of @ItsYourBoi and @Pstath , the Model 3 is now equiped with the BeamNavigator system as center console display. Ride Height Adjustment Added Ever like ''static'' cars? Or even Lifting a Model 3 for those offroad missions? Here it is Adjustable Power You will be able to replicate most of the Tesla Model 3 variants with this option, since it can also affect the power of the overall car. The Tesla Model 3 is planned to be completely done by January 31st. It will be available very soon next week.
