The only thing I can think of to refer to is the rollback D45 teaser where the dashboard's hump looked rather round, much more like the Roamer's dash than the D-Series we have now. Of course that is just a glimpse of a detail in one image...
Ah, thank you. It had been mentioned in relation to a release, which confused me; probably just an old post.
The restyle might just have the Roamer dashboard, maybe reshaped just a slight bit and different finishes since D-Series is somewhat more work oriented. Maybe even the older style introduced a while back could have a more basic dash compared to what's already in the game which we know is being revised. If anything, I hope the revision updates the gauges, I always thought it doesn't fit with the car (same with the Roamer tbh). A better fit would be the H-Series' layout, with the style of a early/mid-1990s Ford or GM (Ranger for earlier D-Series, S10 for later model?). update: heck it doesn't even have an odometer
I think its probably going to be next week. One of the devs mentioned in the discord that they were going into feature lock soon, and that was a week or two ago. They are probably doing bug fixes and are now hyping all the new things because they are relatively set in stone, so its safe to show them.
I do not believe the Wendover is anywhere near finished for the next update if it is so close to release. We got a few images of the bodyshell with minimal details, no interior, no polished engine, no Soliad specific wheels, etc. --- Post updated --- It has been proven that qa updates mean absolutely nothing. I believe that its even mentioned in the first post on this thread.
Definitely not, the bent Wendover doesn't even have an interior, which will take a long time, and then the engine, and all the other stuff, probably might release in 0.22.
qa_stable is always updated at the exact same time as public, so I'd assume it's the same as the public branch but with extra debugging features.
