Launcher Or Game Won't Open

As of right now, I can go in to Steam and click play. Steam will say the game is running, but I get no launcher or game window. Task manager will say the game is running as well. I was able to play the game with no problems last month (which was when I last played) and now I'm having this issue. Did a clean install as well and still the same issue.

 

It was a OneDrive issue for sure. The controlled access thing was turned off, but when I started the game from the file explorer (got the idea from the windows defender option), OneDrive started downloading files to a new location, and now it works. Not too sure what that means but I'm not exactly complaining.
