Wtf, this just works so good even on my old shitty computer! Btw, can confirm my gfx mod works in MP If alewyx and Manibak doesnt find their cars where they left them im 100% innocent.
The only problem I have is when the cars de sync at high speeds and shake around and teleport back into your car and fuck everything up
Wait, a simple MP mod?? Just a drag and drop install, no messed settings, no installing entire programs, forced hooking into other applications, re-downloading everytime you launch and can be removed by deleting a single folder? Imagine such things were possible edit: and vehicle colour wheel works too Very cool and good
This is hot, just drag and drop and works out of the box, even under WINE (Linux). A mod where i don't have to troubleshoot it not working for 3 hours before figuring out it isn't even usable? Works ok and feels plug and play. Very cool and good
I'm surprised by how well this Multiplayer mod is working. It does seem to lag when there's more than 3 players on one map, but this might just be due to my PC.
Your CPU and GPU should be good enough to run 4+ cars, however the 8GB RAM is probably really limiting them.
Tried it for the first time and got to say this is really well done, I'm getting decent performance considering the amount of cars and destruction happening, no serious connection issues despite having pretty slow internet and playing on a US server in the EU, the freezing for changing vehicles isn't enough to ruin the experience, provided noone is heavily customising their car with automatic updates on. Also very very easy to use, I went from wanting to play it with no clue how to being on in under 5 minutes which is great and certainly a plus on the accessibility side. If you devs can pull off optimising part changes then this could easily be passed off as official content, it just works so well (and the most fun i've had in this game for a very long time). Good job guys!
So far i find the MP very fun. Ive been playing on both public and private servers and had no bigger issues at all it was all very smooth and enjoyable. this has a lot of potential and you guys are taking advantage of it and thats good. good job and keep on doing what you are doing
hey i just thought i'd let you lot know that when i tried this for the first time (holy cow it was wicked) it was all happy go merry, but now when i have it installed it wont let me change the resolution, its stuck at 1600-1050 and not at my usual 1280-800, no matter what i try it will not go into any other resolution, even if the settings say its at 1280 (or hell even 640!) its actually stuck on the highest setting, and with lowest settings across the board i can only manage 30 fps with that resolution. Am i doing something wrong here ?
It's not related to us. If you're still thinking that it's, remove the mod and try changing resolution.
