Flipping Russian Mods

Okie Dokie here, This thread is where you can flip a RUSSIAN mod and make it look better that is by changing the wheels, stancing it, completly redesigning it in blender. the bold is the important stuff. Lets kick this off.

im releasing it as soon as someone tells me how to send the mod with the stock,custom,offroad and junkyard configs the only original config that came with it is "Stanc"

 

i think you need to go into the game files, get the config files and thumbnails and copy them in order to the mod folder

 

what do i do from here?
