motor rpm

so im building a drag car.its the blue buck and im trying to get the car rpm above 10 grand in the files so i can use more power in the car. however when i go to edit the files. the torque curve and max rpm files are set up right but when i get into the game, the torque reader drops off after 10000 rpm and no matter what i do it wont accept any more than 10000 rpm

You dont really have to increase the revlimiter to gain more power,

There are plenty other more realistic ways to do it

 

lower the flywheel weight or the resistance if thats a thing

 

the car is so powerful its tapping the revlimiter in 4th gear before it gets down the track. if i drop my gear ratio in the rear any more i wont sixty foot good and therefor wont pull as good of a quarter time. im trying to go sub 5s. fastest ive ran is a 5.002

I have a Logitech wheel with paddle shift but the car has a 4 speed drag auto. The car builds 160 psi of boost on the trans brake at 8000 rpm
