The game it's self is not broken, this update may have made some mods "outdated" if that is the case then clear all your repo mods and remove any outdated mods that you have manually dropped into the mod folder. Just wait for mods to get updated, if some don't get updated then oh well, tis the nature of BeamNG that some mods may not get updated. And also clear your cache as well. Since I cleared out the now outdated mods, the game has been running smoothly for me. I even have been using the new updated CRD Monster truck stuff and the game is running without any issues. Again, just wait for mods to get updated before trying to use them if they haven't been working for you.
I'm looking on the positive side of this now. First, I have a ton of old obsolete mods that definitely won't work on 0.20 (some possibly haven't worked since 0.14 or so). Now I have a reason to delete them and clear up some drive space. Second, one of my all time favorite maps, Garfield Heights, the AI Traffic never worked right after his last update but since 0.20, it works perfectly. Go figure. I'm having fun so what the hey!
It seems the slot for the front driveshaft was moved from the diff to the suspension jbeams. As the TTB uses the official diffs, the driveshaft option was missing, crippling the vehicles. It only affected the TTB (4wd) suspension, not the TIB (2wd) It was a 5 min fix, I'm going to try to find other issues and release a fix asap. I do not have much free time unfortunately. I also read that the steering wheel is misaligned. If you encounter other issues, please let me know in this thread including a proper description, that saves me finding bugs
Station issues: Removing the rear seat breaks the interior loose. Duplicate Shifter selection slot under Frame > Station Body (not working, shifter slot under dashboard works).
how about floor transfer case for d-series and electronic transfer case on dashboard any ideas? --- Post updated --- http://john-stichnoth.com/sitebuilder/images/Electronic4x4-367x269.jpg automatic and manual on the floor transfer case left and gearbox on right any ideas??
Supercharged Barstow-swap engines' sounds are broken. In sound engineering terms, accelerating sounds like slowly sweeping a finger on an organ keyboard. Edit. sounds are little better now in 0.20.2. The glissando is still very noticeable in higher gears. Typos in vehicle selector: Wedgeback and Special Forces are listed 1970-88, instead of 1988-94.
Anyone know how to fix this? The sound is horrid. It only happens to the prerunner trucks as far as I can tell. I tried reinstalling this mod and uninstalling all other mods along with clearing the cache. I think it's something to do with the coilovers.
It has happened with some other mods as well. Try changing the rear end to the official offroad rear end?
got a bug to report but not sure if this is the right page so dont get mad at me most of the pickups when spawned spawn without tires and i dont know how to fix it. is there a wheel mod i need? its mostly the pickups that are like trucks with the box. please help as i love yours mods and i really want to play with this one. cheers
Until the mod is updated, you will have to add back the front tires, and rear wheels manually from the parts selector
The XL frame driveshaft doesn't seem to exist. This also applies to the wagon variants. Does anyone know a fix for this, or what in the name of hell is happening?
That's because this mod is outdated right now, which has been stated several times since the last update to BeamNG, please read through the previous comments and check the dates of when those comments were posted..
. You know udate was in August we have November I hope you can enjoy these additions before 2021 seriously probably the first bootlegs will be normal mods than some of your mods will be correct (almost all) to all those who cling to bugs this is it translator
