Not very sure how this would work. Since this would be a facelift / redesign it would need to be a separate vehicle in my eyes, and you can’t really make that work iirc.

I want to help with the design of the spoiler and other details (which you say or need) in 3D (I want to work as a car designer already trained, just looking for where to practice)

I finally made the Youtube channel named 'Crispy Gaming'! I currently contacted the support to change my username to 'Crispy Gaming'. After that, we can discuss about the mod and interact with you guys more frequently!
By the way, the new video about the channel, mod update and gameplay will be uploaded in the middle of December, so if you guys subscribe and ring the bell already, that will be awesome! I will arrange the post more clean and systematic. So stay tuned! The Youtube link is down below :D

Noice! Lexus LFA engine would be epic, the robotized manual might be hard to make

Yeah, I will try those excitement not cease! Maybe end December, 2020 I start to work very hard

    It might be a pain for me to do, so I might just replace it with more sophisticated and strong(Boy I mean strong) and temperature resistant DCT. And those who don't know how Lexus LFA sounds;

I am a 18 years old who never even touched 100$ cash in my hand and you are telling me to buy a rarest supercar solds like 200,000$ in another country XD (It did not imported to the South Korea. Importing a vehicle alone costs 10,000$ with tax here. Dystopia.)
Automated Manual, AMT is the one on the LFA.

    according to this site, (https://gomechanic.in/blog/dct-cvt-amt-automatic-car-transmission/)

"AMT is the most successful automatic transmission system in India. Maruti Suzuki sold over 6 lakh cars that were equipped with AMT. Does it mean its the best of all three? Actually not, it is one of the weaker systems and the only advantage it has over others is that it is cheaper. So what does it have over others that make it cheaper?

Pressing a clutch disengages the engine from transmission allowing for a gear change and this process happens every time you change speed. The clutch disengaging happens automatically using hydraulic actuators. Different gear ratios are changed accordingly"

    And wiki

"Automated manual transmission (AMT), also known as a clutchless manual, is a type of multi-speed automobile transmission system that is closely based on the mechanical design and internal build of a conventional manual transmission.

Earlier versions of these transmissions that are semi-automatic in operation, such as Autostick, can only control the clutch system automatically — often using various forms of clutch actuation, such as electro-mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic actuation — but still require the driver's manual input and control to initiate gear changes by hand. Modern versions of these systems that are fully-automatic in operation, such as Selespeed and Easytronic, can control both the clutch operation and the gear shifts automatically, by means of an ECU, therefore requiring no manual intervention or driver input over gear changes.

The usage of modern AMTs in passenger cars increased during the mid-1990s, as a more sporting alternative to the traditional hydraulic automatic transmission. During the 2010s, AMTs were largely replaced by the increasingly widespread dual-clutch transmission design."

So yeah, I think it is a little bit outdated transmission but well, it's on there.

Hey sun_key lol I can't understand Russian words that much... English would be better.
Though, by reading what translator says, I'll reply; The structural design of the headlight, splitter, air duct is way different then you think, so how about suggesting the idea after I finish making the basic and common design feature in 3D and share them with you(and various people), so you can suggest the 3D design more accurate and better? Your design of front grille is quite similar with the one I am supposed to do. I imagine the biggest design difference between City and Sport and TTS will occur on the air duct, mainly located under the grille. Very nice and flowless line on the grille though, I will explain more about the small but important feature of each and every little detail in my upcoming video too. Thank you with the work!

Yeah I think I understood properly, I used google translate.

Very bad photoshop but I think you guys will get the idea how I'm gonna fix the front bumper design. It came as a bundle when I bought the Black Friday Adobe sale haha

    front.png

The hood will be extended a little further, the little nose part for logo will be shorten and will be replaced with the camera. Yellow part is where the fog light will go, and of course it is LED, not old yellow lightbulb. I realized the old K series' headlight location is actually lower then I thought, geez. the character line that I drew under the white headlight will go across the old headlight's low line.

And the side air duct will become more larger, but the old radiator air duct hole in the middle will have slight change, but no location elevation or edit. So that we can save our time messing with internal structure. If it needs internal 3D mess design edit too, making this mod will go on forever lol. So I'll just need to change front bumper support 3D mess and, maybe, add a 3D mess of side radiator because the size of the side air duct hole got bigger and it may make player see nothing behind that. If you actually disassemble the 3D mess of the front bumper,

This part is a mesh for fog light and grille texture in the front bumper

    foglightandgrillemesh.png

and this is the actual radiator.

    actualradiator.png

So that's why I'm saying we need to make a place for the side radiator 3D mesh behind the front bumper side air duct.

Well, it might be hard to make it, but what's important is a process. We'll release some more information by the time. Stay tuned!

I really want to express my respect to the people in the community who have made car models so far. Jesus it's going to be hard.

Anyway, slight touch to the front grille, but all those dots are scattered in their right place and when I moved them slightly it just messed with visual and physics so I'll work on that later, deleting some dots.

    2020121102frontbumperheadlightplacecomparingtooldone.png
And the most part I worked on was deleting some dots around the headlight, so I can make it easier to pull it upward to locate the supposed headlight location. The piece above the headlight was too wide and thick, so I edited them by deleting the dots. Also, pulled the down sloping section of the headlight up, so it is almost straight line.
Ah, also removed strange three lines near the fog lamp. Next work might be adjusting and making the side airduct near the fog light bigger.

    2020121101frontbumperheadlightplacemodelingwork.png

That orange line highlights the lump formed along the headlight. That lump is the character line which was from the old headlight. I will edit them later, because aligning those dots making the character line may require sophisticated XYZ axis adjustment. But the headlight slot is ready, so there we go :D

Frankly I never used blender, and don't know how. But after I do some edits of critical designs on the 3D modeling work, rest will be the crew's work. Also, new member joined! @sun_key will do the garnishes, spoiler etc. We're just getting started, guys. Stay tuned :D
