So I don't really like the bumpers and the fascia on the H-series, and I want to make them chrome. I'm currently trying to make a skin for it that makes the bumpers and fascia chrome, but I have no clue how to make them chrome in paint.net, or if its even possible to color those parts of the van. By the way, it's my first time making any kind of custom content for the game, so don't expect me to know very much about this kind of thing.
