Can't tab to other vehicles! Why?

Okay, so i just wanted to try out the AI and stuffs when i found out that when i tab to another vehicle it works but i can't do anything can't open menu, can't move, can't do anything... Why? (Worked in older versions...)

No... Just because he doesn't have the badge doesn't mean he doesn't have the game. It means he has not upgraded his account.

 

Why else wouldn't it work??

 

He either is playing the tech demo (but still has the game) or he is playing the game and there is a bug of some sort.
