[Outdated]Updated version Another aero update, this update is not as much as the last one. As shown above, the Sunburst splitter actually has both higher lifeCoef and stallAngle than the bigwing. Thus I added more triangles and adjusted the lift of the Time Attack version. read the readme.txt inside the zip before using the adjustment.
dont know if anybody else is having this issue but for some reason they (the evo) will only spawn in white. *update* i downloaded the small update and it fixed that but i still have one minor complaint... anybody notice anything wrong here(in the screenshot)
Incase the white colour problem happens again, its not a problem with this mod its a problem with the sunburst that people have been having since 0.20 and since this car is based on the sunburst it has the same problem I have not seen this problem before, they use the same texure as the body so that shouldnt happen I havent and i dont think i will anytime soon sorry
Are you going to make a proper civilian version, with a airbag steering wheel, and seats along with body panel stuff?
Yes once i've gotten better at making interiors If you mean the normal lancer then no because i'd need to model pretty much a whole new car for that
Why a whole new one? I know it would be a lot, but even if you just make a new front, rear fascia, with of course some tweaks to other stuff it would still be fine. You could even throw in an existing in-game engine. Covet seats look pretty similar too, you could just do that. It doesn't need to be perfect. A bunch of existing stuff can be ported in. I know it's a lot, but I don't think it would be a "whole new car".
From my perspective it would be too hard to just edit the evo to be the lancer and wouldnt be worth the effort for something im not really interested in.
different front bumper, front guards, headlights and bonnet with a completely different profile, different rear doors and rear quarterpanels, different taillights, a different bootlid, a different rear bumper. there's basically none of the evo mod left at that point.
ehhhh... I would agree to disagree. From both of the cars, honestly, besides the front and rear fascia most things can be modified instead of created new. I'm personally struggling to find the part where it would be a whole new car, but LJ has already said that he doesn't want to do it, and that it's not worth putting his effort into now, and I respect that, so let's just leave it to rest. I will go take a nap now.
