Permanently Cancelled. Hirochi LM-19 Fast, precise, grippy and powerful. These are the 4 keywords for this hybrid LMP1 style mod. Keep in mind this is a really early work in progress so it's not close to a release anytime soon. And with school starting again soon it will probably delay the release even more, so don't ask for release dates please Technical details (still debating other options, feel free to give ideas and feedback) : Engine : Twin-Turbo 2.5L V6, RWD only (~600hp) Electric Drivetrain : Part-time single electric motor, FWD only (~400hp) Suspension : Pushrod front and rear, front anti-dive system (heave spring n' stuff) Detachable rear half (since people like that apparently) Transmission-mounted rear suspension ESC, TC and ABS for thos bad drivers Current progress (Last updated August 20th, 2020) : Model : ~60% Jbeam : ~10% Textures : no Details : zero (early WIP model, those are Blender renders not in-game pics!) The main monocoque/tub in-game and jbeamed along with the engine If you have any ideas or feedback please feel free to tell me ! As with all my projects, I won't be following any real-life regulation. I'm doing this for fun. Yes, I'll keep it realistic, but don't come here only to tell me that X piece is off the regulations by X cm.
That looks really good so far, keep up the good work! (Btw I loved the F320 and I hope this will be just as awesome lol)
Yeeees, YEEEEEEEEEEEEES... YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! I'm excited for this. The first actual good LMP car on BeamNG! (I really hope it'll have a realistic jbeam unlike the F320 though..)
bruh did you ever see an F3 crash? those things don't bulge. --- Post updated --- even better than a 919 evo
saw that crash live....the driver got away quit good. fucking curbs...happened to me again on the f320 on the racetrack.
Yes, but the last time I drove the F320 (a week ago or so) everytime I had a frontal crash it deformed very weirdly, as if it had no safety cell. Maybe you fixed it in the meantime, not sure.
will the electric power be on all the time, will it be automatic, or will it be a boost system that you can activate and deactivate
It'll be either a manual button based system or an automatic version that'll activate depending on speed, steering input and brake input. The user will be able to switch between both modes.
