The bite point feels better with this setting, but now it engages harshly at the end, at least in my car the last 5-10% doesn't have much feeling, it's the middle 25% that has the majority of the bite. This feels much better to me, getting to the bite point is quick and then it's a short and smooth transition to being in gear, then the last bit you can just let off. Edit: I found this picture on a forum about a Honda C100 clutch (https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/hondatrailcts/honda-c100-clutch-no-neutral-in-gear-t6981.html)
dont know if this is a bug or intentional but the tires get stuck in the wheel wells with too much compression
The clutch engagement is linear, otherwise it's very hard to control (ever wondered why automated manuals drive very badly? That's because the non linear clutch irl is very hard to automate)
I've never noticed clutch issues with that automation. What I do notice though is every time a wheel locks up it shifts to first and blows itself up lol
Sure the physical clutch is moving linearly compared to the pedal, but that's not how it feels, the first bit of the pedal doesn't have any clutch engagement because, although it is moving the clutch linearly, the clutch isn't touching anything yet. Once it reaches the pressure plate suddenly the pedal is doing something, and you feel that through the pedal (of course you can't model that through sim hardware pedals) but all of a sudden the clutch is biting and moving the car. After a little bit of that you get to a point where, even though there's still a little bit of movement left, it doesn't feel like there's much slip, as the car is moving at full speed already. I agree the actual engagement of the clutch and overall involvement is linear, but the percentage of torque going to the wheels and thus the feeling of linearity is not completely linear. When you drive a manual and shift gears, you first engage the clutch, then release quickly to the bite point, then slowly release, progressively moving quicker until the end. The whole movement and control of the clutch is not linear because the feeling it gives is not linear.
I really don't know if this is supposed to look like that, but that orange light looks like that i am like driving on the Mars Spoiler: Pictures And i noticed a mesh bug on the Italy fuel station near the airport
Vaguely similar to what happens to the Ibishu Crawler, except it's just the joints and not the entire driveshaft.
At least 5 users are missing the crashing sfx at high speed, while fender benders sound pretty low compared to the last version. Guys please give feedback if it’s happening to you too! Be sure to check it in safe mode.
