What's this map? (help!)

Guys, back in 2014 I stumbled upon a map that is a mix between the cliff roads (so: pines, cliffs) and the east coast USA map, HOWEVER, it had some amazing ramps to jump in the default version and also some sort of metal net ramp that was turned to the right (?).. It's so long ago so I don't know anymore what it was called but it had heaps of pine woods and .. now that I am thinking about it.. also the sound of cow bells in a certain area?

Please help! I am starving for this map and i can't find it anywhere...

haha.. You go into forums, choose one of the categories, and when you're logged in, you should see a "Create thread" on the top right of the Forums.
