Not precisely a huge update, but I created the file structure (since I'm restarting most of the work) and I test fitted the shell on the ETK chassis. It fits a lot better than I could even imagine... Not that it means that the jbeam will be left unchanged. The track width is very different and so is the shape of the unibody, not to mention that one car is a 2 door coupe and this is more of a 4 door sedan... But it's good news nonetheless. I'm working slowly but constantly, and most of all, I'm very determined to finish it
I don't rule out anything, but current plans are just to get the car done with 1 version - I want the mod to be high quality, so that's a priority over versions and content. I just want to get it working first, I will think about versions and extras later. And this will take very long, as I said, I'm redoing a whole lot of things
I don't care how long it takes dude, I'm just totally hyped that you're actually working on this. Take all the time you need to make it good
Last week was very busy, but I'm having a bit more time now. Complete exterior overhaul in progress, see if you can spot some differences Thankfully interior doesn't need retouching and that's the most time consuming really. This week I hope to have the unibody part in game
slowww but steadyyy If you're wondering why I'm making all of the exterior again - if you take a close look at this version, there are improvements in mesh quality (topology wise mainly) and tweaks in shape and proportions.
Thanks everyone I tried to make some modernized You-know-what-anabes ... They don't really fit well with the design, but at the same they didn't come out too badly, me thinks I will work on the unibody this weekend, see if I can finish it and port it ingame (with according jbeam of course)
I will try that Panelling in progress Update: I will actually restart the panelling, since I feel like it can be done in a better way
