The reason the node and beam data aren’t applied in the game is most likely because the vehicle hasn’t been reloaded (CTRL+R), or the cache needs to be cleared because it could still be reading the old data. Try restarting the game or clearing the cache, that should reload the jbeam.
Thanks for the tip, but about that, I removed my cache from my documents\beamng.drive\cache 0.n.n.n, but this issue happens. Can you tell me the location of cache of jbeam more?
When you click play (on Steam) and the launcher comes up, go into support tools and click clear cache. That's the easiest way of doing it.
Although I have done that work, but that makes no changes. --- Post updated --- michael_zowski Do you got that problem too?
That is strange. I haven't a clue why the node and beam data isn't being read in the game then, sorry
Then should I ask that issue for game developer? They will know the reason why this issue happens. But one concern is that the developers may think it rude for me to ask questions about this issue.
I think this won't be needed. I learned a another way to fix jbeam, it is using a notepad++ instead BNEditor. I got this advice from MFD Challenge discord.
By the way, what should I do for the clutch? Its temperature rises whenever I shift the gear, and It overheats: unable to use.
