When will your cars be able to get dirty?

So, a long time ago (A little after 0.8 was released) I asked if our cars would ever be able to get dirty, and somebody from the BeamNG team said 0.16. It is now 0.19, so I was wondering, will it never be coming, or if it does, when will it?

0.16? I'd love to see proof of that. AFAIK nobody ever promised dirty cars

Ik, I dont use it anymore, I just wanted to start over again.
