yea i have every wheel mod out there as far as i know ^^ i know its a bit rude to ask for mods. its just the only mod i need XD

 

I’m honestly surprised American Forces, Fuel, etc haven’t been made. It’s mainstream in SEMA trucks and just to make your truck look good-ish. Personally I’m not a fan of them when it comes to off-roading and being a workhorse, but the design aspect is very well done. I too would like to see this happen someday.

 

I just hope this mod gets updated, is my favorite and my go to vehicle.

 

the issue ive noticed when using the lifted frame models is the driveshaft option completely phases out when it reloads the truck and settings. i thought it was just breaking so i installed an indestructable but no option no even trade it out. sure hope you fix this <3 id really love to make good use of your lift mods

 

The reason why that is happening is because the Devs relocated where the drive shafts are located. Before they used to be a part of the dif where you could select the driveshafts along with what ratios you wanted to run in the difs. Now the drive shaft is included with the frame, so D-UP would have to be updated to include the driveshaft with the modded frames instead of how it used to be.

 

I realize this is a "Dead" topic, But speaking on the outdated driveshaft, It's a super simple fix but seeing as I don't have permission to modify/release anything.
What you need to do is open the Base pickup frame jbeam's, And just copy paste the Slot type from the specific frame to the Lifted frame file in D-up Short/Short Crew/Crew ect. It took me about 2 minutes to make sure everything was right/working. I'm not sure if Torsion is active anymore or not, So this may be the only way to continue using this Very good mod. If anyone comes across this and needs help fixing it, Before Torsion does, Feel free to message me, I'll help.

 

I tried copying and pasting the rear drive shaft from the jbeam for the heavy crew cab and pasting it in the modded file, now my game is completely locked up, what did I do wrong. Game only works in safe mode

Edit: I figured it out, I did not unpack the mod files before editing. Once unpacked i cut and pasted the needed parts and everything is working fine. Got driveshafts on each frame variant now! Thanks for the idea

 

can the dev fix the extended cab on the extended heavy duty 5in lift frame? it seems like it is using the normal cab not the extended one

 

Not sure if this is still being worked on atm but the standard length Heavy duty frame with 5" lift does not allow you to mount a rear driveshaft for some odd reason. Other then that, great mod.

Can you possibly add a higher lift set of off road leaf springs front and back for solid axels?

 

only problem im haveing with the mod is on my crew short i have no rear driveshaft

There, there's your answer.. Please read through the older comments before posting about your complaints so you understand that this mod hasn't been worked on by the author in MONTHS..

 

i would like to know every since i could never get bobbed frame to work cause i get no rear drive shaft can i get help

 

I made it work, i think i had to edit jbeam file to change or add pickup driveshaft name to all the chassis then it workd again
