Cant install BeamNG "Unable to download file"

Trying to install BeamNG again on my computer, but every time when it 'automatically updates' during the install, I get a FATAL ERROR and a 'unable to download file', but the file is always different.

Please help

 

Right click the BeamNG icon, click open file location, trackback to the folder that says "local" then select BeamNG, then press shift and delete. Turn off firewall for a bit and download the new updater, CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD run the updater and your problem should be solved.

and another common cause is that your computer is set to use a proxy. Please disable it with the following steps: Start --> In the search box type Internet Options --> Connections --> Lan Settings --> Disable any proxy settings.
