I had just realized though, MC has planned to release this in 2018 and we're finally getting it in (hopefully) less than a week
Might be another week or two, something unexpected always comes up either in the mod or in life (there is still chance it will be released next year, or never...). How many parts in the parts tree picker thing are custom, like so you can customize upfits like hooklift with a crane, semi with crane?
if it has a Fifth-Wheel hitch it IS a Semi Truck, and the MAN TGS has several variants with a hitch, we have them in australia and i see them every day
There is dumper with crane and it has openable side panels, it can be used as flatbed too. I will update first page with more info soon.

Only if he wants to add it to the in game repository i believe. If it stays within the thread, then if i recall correctly they are allowed to have an official vehicle name - such as this mod which is not available through the mods section.
Since traffic doesn't work with trailers attached, a config with a pre-attached trailer would be very useful. This already exists as a mod for the Gavril T-Series and works very well.
