Fatal error when installing

i formated my pc and tried to install the game, but it gives me an error every time
i have attached a screen capture of the error below
please help me i want to play so bad!

my pc spec:
windows 8.1 pro 64bit
core i5 4570 3.2 GHZ
8 GB ram
gigabyte gtx 650 ti boost 2GB

 

Not really sure what causes this, but I think it's something to do with antiviruses and firewalls. Try temporarily disabling any AV, Firewall or proxy you have and then running the updater, or if you can't/don't want to you could always give the new, experimental updater a try. Some people who couldn't download at all before, firewalls or not, said this new updater worked.
