(SOLVED) Underwater everything blue?

Im on Jungle Rock Island, and when I look under the water everything turns blue. 1st picture is above water and second is below water

Hmm, seems normal for me.

 

Fix your graphics settings

 

Oh ok. What setting will make it normal?

 

Probably any preset above "Lowest" would fix it.

 

I think im on low settings? (The one after lowest)

 

From your screenshots, it looks like you are on Lowest, so setting it to anything higher should probably resolve it.

 

Alright. I'm working on a mod right now, when i'm done i'll turn up my settings. (I put it on lowest because i'm on a 1050 Ti

 

A 1050 should be plenty for this game, i run on normal settings... and I only have an i5

 

I got a Ryzen 3 1300X, but I only get 50 FPS on low settings :/

 

My friend has a Ryzen 3 1200 and a 1050 ti and easily gets 50-60 fps on normal

 

I get more than 60 on gridmap, but I mean on like WCUSA, ECUSA, and Utah.

 

With my setup, I get around 110 FPS on max settings in italy. I'm using some pretty high-end parts though. (see below)

I used to run this on an 3rd gen i3 laptop with cpu graphics. I could get 30 fps on lowest.

Id say a 1060 6GB and high end i5 / mid end i7 would do you good, you can get medium to high settings with 60FPS.

 

I still get around 53-60fps on High settings on my 1050ti, are you sure you aren't running too many mods as it can tank the game, because running it on low on a GTX1050ti seems odd.
