Textured the mudflaps. They're on their own map so you can easily reskin them. I'm sure there'll be plenty of My Little Pony mudflaps when the T75 is released

wow the suspension of the truck looks very SOFT.

wouldn´t on a real truck the back wheels just lift ?

Yep, agreed. The front wheels are supposed to be very soft, but the rear wheels are stiff because the tractor is designed to carry the heavy trailer.

Tuning the rear suspension will have to wait until we can hitch up trailers and actually test it. It's stiffer than that picture makes it look. The truck was going ~40 mph over these huge bumps, so it makes sense for the axles to twist a bit.

EDIT: Also, keep in mind that this truck will have adjustable airbags. They'll be soft when the truck is bobtailing (no trailer) and stiffened up when towing.

Sounds good! Also, this might be quite a dumb question but please answer it :p Is it 100% sure we will be able to tow trailers and disconnect them from the towhooks/5th wheels like in RoR? Or is it more like 'it might come, I am pretty sure but I am not 100% sure'? I am wondering the same thing with slidenodes. Is it 100% for sure they will be in BeamNG in the future?

On the other hand, I don't think you'd model all of those cars that need slidenodes if you are not 100% sure they will come to BeamNG.

Sorry if I ask stupid questions, I just basically have no idea how to make slidenodes and things like that.

I dont think either is coming in race update. But slidenodes and tow hitches have both been mentioned as confirmed in future.

Okay, thanks. Well I did not mention Race Update, did I? :p But yeah good to know they are confirmed. What is your estimate when it will come? I think tdev said in the updater thread that he will release the update if the updater system is bug-free. So if I am right, it might be out in a few days maybe. Because there are pages and pages of people telling that it works great. :) Hype, much?

The update isn't ready, so that won't happen.. Sorry to kill the hype. ;) (Better to know now than to be disappointed later).

Gabe is making great progress with the T75, so I'd say it would be in the Race update(With my estimation on how long that will be), but it'll be without towing or hitch capabilities, slidenodes and hitches are 100% confirmed for the future, but aren't a top priority. IIRC, at the moment, it's fixing everything and getting it stable for a public release, then they will start adding features, no point adding things in an already broken game.

Oh, that is disappointing to hear but it is what it is. Did the devs tell you that or do you know for sure it is not ready yet? How do you know it isn't ready yet? tdev said in the updater test thread that 'we will update the files if the updater is bug-free'. So doesn't that mean that they will release the update if the updater is bug-free (which it seems like it is atm). Or am I missing something completely?

That's what I thought also Tdev made it sound as if some form of update is ready as soon as the bugs are worked out of the updater there would be a game update.

Some of those questions may not be able to be answered yet, at least without getting in trouble. I recommend waiting for the devs to answer it themselves, or else it might not be ready to be told to the public.

(This is just going from past experiences.)

For those wondering about the length of the T75, it is 8 squares long (the squares on gridmap)
