I would go with the Lamborghini. Not for the Lambo itself, but I could sell it for at leas $175,000, and then buy a Toyota Hilux, and then still have plenty of money left over.
I prefer Hilux over a Lamborghini. (I Love Trucks/Suvs more than cars. ex. 2002 Ford Excursion Power stroke diesel V8 in black) That is all I wanted to say so now you can't say I am off-topic.
now I would get a lambo but using common sense hiluxit can go offroad you can fit a family (or put seats in the back then a canopy) its strong so I can wipe out mirages on the road (based on a crash I had with a landcruiser and mirage where the mirage had no damage) and you can plow through traffic if it was legal
To daily: A Hilux, reliable, loads of space for stuff To own as entertainment: Lamborghini Murchielago, turn-key excitement without modding, can sell easily for $$$
so many ppl go for hilux almost no-one chooses Lamborghini i rather lambo and my choice would be lambo veneno its a REALLY cool looking car
not with that attitude they dont plus with the shape of the lambo it is a strong car despite the rumors that it breaks easily and it has racing seats and racing seat belt insuring that it is safe and with its aerodynamic design meaning faster speed and down force meaning its turning capability at high speed greatly excels that of a hilux. and also dependability does not equal a good car either
Lamborghini I want 420/85R38 size tires But in reality I'd go with the Toyota since I can afford to fix it and it has more uses along with better fuel prices.
I am a total Toyota fan boy. My mom had a basic Toyota Pickup in the early 90s. She ran it off the road and into a stop sign(My mom was a terrible driver...like....get into a wreck while parked kinda bad.). Trucks radiator was demolished as no way to put a new one in since the trucks front end crumple zones were gone. Truck continued to kick for 4 more years until she replaced it with a Pontiac Coupe. As of now I own a 98' Camry XLE. I have driven it through snow, muddy mountians, and flooded streets. Nothing bad happened to it except for a bad oxygen sensor. Because of this I chose a Hilux over a Lambo. Even if i wasnt a fan boy, Lambos are very impractical on anything other than a race track. Can not go into the city with one unless you wanna demolish the underside thanks to low ground clearance. Can not safely park it in parking lots since theres always that one guy who parks on the line or 1 cm away from it. Cant even take it for a sunday drive with how cops are these days. Not to mention Insurance is as much as a used Honda. Plus i dont lose hair every time it rains.
my first car was a 1979 Hilux powered by an 18RG engine with a five speed Celica 'box, it would have been insanely powerful for me who has only a few hours worth of driving under my belt but it was in not roadworthy state (though still road registered) and need a fair bit of electrical and engine work, slowly I ran out of money to keep it registered and running (ish) and I had to sell it. To my great surprise when some guy picked it up and handed over the cash he fiddled with the plug leads and one of the carb main jets and it went from a 4 hp engine to a 140 hp engine, I was proud of my self because I thought the engine was stuffed and need a full rebuild but it turned out not to be a dud yet very sad because I let such an awesome car go to be destroyed all for the engine and only for 800 bucks I sold it for ( I sold it that cheap because like I said earlier I thought it had had it, I bought it for 1500 bucks). really liked that car despite it being a death trap... if I didn't listen to my friends lecturing me on the doom and gloom that that car was then it probably would have been fixed and sold for heaps more than the buying price. All hail the mighty Hilux !
