My dad started bringing me to Monster Jam ever since I was 2 years old. He bought me toy trucks and took me to Trucks Gone Wild when I was 5. Plus he had a lifted F250 which he called Big Black Truck. Needless to say I was surrounded by the off road culture. Then I found this mod thanks to Speirs. And it reminded me of my childhood. So I got a PC, bought the game, and here I am.
After a long break from BeamNG and the forums I’m happy to do say I’m back I doubt you noticed I’ve hopped on a few times but fro the most part I tried staying away for a little while I’ve been getting very mentally tired from working on these tracks I’ve grinded them all mid July and all of august then September came and I started school and it is so hard to do both so I strictly when towards school because I felt that was the smarter outlet and taking a break felt great but I’m back and I’m feeling stronger and trying to give content to the best of my abilities and excited to release them for you guys stuff coming soon.
My grandfather worked for Lebanon valley speedway and since he has a junk yard, he brought the crush cars for the speedway every year. He also drove the ride truck for a while. I'll have to find all the pictures of little me taking Lindsey wink in his trailer, Dennis Anderson holding me, rode on Tom meents Dirk bike with him, me with George balhan and Adam Anderson, and a lot more too. I started to race rc monster truck when I was five, and ive been addicted to monster truck ever since and I always wanted to drive a real truck. Now I'm well known in the rc monster truck community and finishing strong at big races and a point series championship. So yup, that's my short story, there's more to it lol
My dad brought me to my first show in Tacoma in 2003. I was about 2 and fell in love with the sport. Now I've gone to Tacoma for 16 years straight, Seattle's return this year, Puyallup the past 4 years, and Burlington for the first time in August.
I was brought to a Monster Jam arena show when i was 5, but didn't think much of it. Then a few years later we went to the back to school monster truck bash and i realized how cool the trucks where. From then on i always wanted to drive them but then realized its not really an awesome way to support a family for when i'm older. Am still big into Motorsports but have decided that I want to fly helicopters in the coast guard when i'm older.
I am one of the newer monster jam fans never really got to know the old stuff. My grandparents brought me to Milwaukee last year for a Christmas gift then I somehow found the beamng monster truck mod and now I'm hooked and now sense last year I have been to 10 monster truck shows
I was always in love with them, just the size, the power, the huge air. My father took me to West Leb in 2006 for my first show when I was 4 years of age, I was scared of them at first but then I was absolutely hooked like Bryan Wright. I went to Albany to the former Pepsi Arena and now the Times Union Center in 2007 with Anger Management, The Broker, American Guardian, Thrasher, Dominator?? and Virginia Giant.
So I saw that Overkill Evolution was hinted at. I am curious about if LEDs are planned to be added to parts of the truck down the line. I know it's not a major detail but the chance of it is cool enough.
LEDs are planned as of right now for Overkill Evolution. Sometimes however, when we plan something and then try to execute it in game it doesn't always work like we need it to. So even though we may say "Yes it's planned" doesn't necessarily mean it'll come to be. We definitely are trying our best within the limitations of the games engine to make this as close to IRL as possible.
Thanks for the answer. Whether that works or not, at least we'll be getting Overkill Evolution which is pretty sweet.
