Didn't the car originally have 145K miles? I know it has a engine swap but you still have 145K mile suspension, chassis, body, and some misc. items. Seems pretty shady if you ask me. not to mention that nobody should pay 58K for that car. It's a 2014, ETK 854 base with 145K miles and some mods along with a engine swap. At most that car is worth 16K I went back and found the post were @Natandog originally bought the car off of @Denis15 for 4700$ and a sunburst rear bumper.
