i tried by putting a bmw engine in a etk i series but it says error loading vehicle please verify installstion and it says unable to autoplace error getting node positions --- Post updated --- the etk i series works now but it's not in the part selector --- Post updated --- wait it appears now but the engine is invisible and the whole car is no material

Bumping it but I've added 1.9 Miramar engine to Piccolina but it scrapes for no reason and engine turns itself around, and no, I didn't use blender since I just want it drive it with no problem.

So i'm working on a swap, and for immersiveness and my personal sanity i'm making engine mounts, routing charge pipes, and clearancing things, can I keep all the modified parts in one .dae file like the stock models, and what about textures, will the textures for parts that I morph and change need to be remade?
if you delete and re make any part of the mesh, then yes if ur taking parts from other meshes then no to fix the new meshes you make go to the UV editor part of Blender, import the proper specular map for the parts you making (assuming they are based on ingame parts) and go into edit mode on ur model, select the meshes u wanna re-map, and find a suitable part in the UV editor (basically 2d blender)

Half my engine is missing and it's transparent? I put the textures and dds files in the same folder as the .dae?
Nothing, just translated the SBR engine over to the Sunburst engine. Am I supposed to change anything in the materials or dds files?
