Yup, also. Call me blind, whatever, but I don't see spam from myself, I just see people (including me) caring for just one user that just had IRL problems, and was happy for the update to come out.

What rule was even violated? The paragraph you copy/pasted concerned how crazy things use to get in the hours inbetween the official version discussion thread getting locked and the update release. As noted in the section you copy/pasted, that got up to about a pg/mn at times. It did not concern the 6 or so messages of people being silly in the past page or so. If such a minor thing works you up then I don't know what to say.

This is an 848 page thread on the internet, all concerning a video game. It is not a clean place by it's very nature, and acting like a middle schooler who has the power to give out lunch detentions isn't going to help.

 

I see that you're a moderator of a certain group. I think it would be best if you only acted like a moderator within the group, instead of the general forum. If you really feel that way about the post, just report it and let the devs take care of it, instead of being a backseat moderator.

Something small I'm hoping for in the map reworks is a new plate design for East Coast and Hirochi Raceway. The current plate is... underwhelming to say the least. I don't think the plates have been updated since license plates came out.

 

yea a licence plate remake would be awesome

 

At the current rate of 3 months per update, and if nothing gets jumped or leapfrogged,and if version 1.0 is intended to be "retail release", we should see the real deal BeamNG game land in about 24 years. No joke.
Aside from that, I can't wait to check out the updated levels. I understand @DoullPepper is in charge of that detail and I bet it will be sweet,sweet,sweet.

 

So I watched Neil reacting to the video showing the updated maps and he was speculating about a racing campaign..
I think its possible consider the amount of racetracks we are having.. I'm happy that Hirochi has more stuff.

 

I feel like beamng is just gonna always be in that state of incomplete and adding things, if it wanted to be a large scale game it'd close the ability to buy more copies and then work with the funds it has to make triple A level game in like 3 years

 

I always seem to forget, so others might as well, BeamNG.Drive will always be an Indie Game, and also BeamNG.Drive is effectively a technology demonstration for the BeamNG engine.
