This is a song by The Kings off of the album "Unstoppable" from 1995.

 

7/10 I thought I was gonna hate it but it's a nice chill song

the video dates the song a lot (it's from 2001), but if you ignore that factor it could pass as possibly a rather recent release. Sadly I wasn't alive when it came out.
