Why do people keep associating the SBR to the BRZ? They have nothing in common other than two letters in the name... Nothing at all: different body styles, different styling cues, different market positionings... and utterly different mechanical layouts, no less. The SBR is the only vehicle in game not taking much inspiration from any real-life vehicle. If anything, it's a japanese take on classic Porsche themes...
More like a generic, "melty" japanese sedan. The 626 for example has a very different profile, the Pessima has a 6-window greenhouse not seen in the Mazda.
I think that Gavrils are all Fords, except for the T-series. Roamer is Ford Explorer, H-series is Ford E-series, and the D-series we all know and love is the Ford F-series. Wentward DT40L looks like a bus in the Flxible Metro series, mainly a Metro-D
Gavril Bluebuck was a Dodge 880 in the 2012 pics, now it looks more like a modified Impala frame. I can't tell what the body looks like since it was so far away in the teaser; it looks more blocky than it did in 2012 to me. Could be more Impala inspired styling than it originally was, which would make me sad. The Barstow strikes me as a Barracuda with Ford Torino influence, though it is one of the more generic of these IIRC correctly, the Roamer is almost the same weight as the Expedition; significantly more than the Explorer. H-Series is boxy even by van standards, it reminds me more of a GM van than a Ford van Wentward DT40L is 100% New Flyer D40LF *mandatory disclamer that I know these aren't real cars but they are certainly inspired by real cars and in some cases like the 200BX, Hopper, and Wentward they are almost identical to their IRL influences*
Anyway, this thread seems like its stood the test of time. So im gonna say that the sbr4 resembles a modern alpine A110. here is a conspiracy theory, the people at alpine stole the ideas from beamng : D
