Well, I shoot the ghost car using the Firehawk, and then MY car explode. However if you use the LKS Prerunner to smash it you'll not explode. Seems like the ghost car's damage is linked to your car's explosion trigger
Okay, so it's related to how much force it hits you? Also, an interesting question, does it only react to the player or Al cars as well? Just asking if I ever want to use Al on your map. But I had fun, I took a police car and pretended I had a call to look for a strange speeding vehicle. Do did really a great job how the ghost car reacts if you try to chase it
if you'll spawn AI traffic then the ghost car will only target you ignoring others, as you're the only enemy to it. Also, i did the part of giving secondary ideas for the ghost car and major part of it was done by @Gamergull. Because of him, It was possible to add the ghost car in the map.
I see. Funny is, it's random for me, apparently. The car hit me twice with the same force and only at the second time, the explosion happened. Also, it seems to be afraid, as it didn't spawn, again as soon as I rolled in a tank
One thing I'd like to see is that the ghost car doesn't dissapear. It scares me sometimes and I have fun when escaping from it, so it'd be a nice feature. People who doesn't like it could play at daytime or evening... EDIT: Enjoying the map a lot, 1st time playing it
Noted bug that I found is that the TAB key no longer works whilst the ghost car is in the map. Was doing a police chase with me and an AI car and found that I couldn't tab into the AI car to adjust it's settings. Only way to solve the issue ATM is to use the 'Remove Others' which deletes the Ghost car and re-allows access to TAB switching. Also the Ghost car can be grabbed by the node grabber, and is affected by gravity changes same as the player.
It's true. The ghost car is vulnerable to the changes in the gravity especially when you approach the haunted manor. The node grabber part was purposely not included 'cause this will make the Lua code more complex and also introduce new bugs. The TAB button when clicked it will not switch to ghost car as it was intended; but I probably think it will switch to the next vehicle. Because I tried it myself. Yeah, when you'll perform AI chases on the map or any AI action the ghost car will not appear in midnight(weird). For this, reload the map and then the ghost car will work fine. --- Post updated --- "You like to see that it doesn't disappear?". Yep, when it spawns, if I follow him in a straight, it will randomly crash into the trees. And if I stop for it to turn around [when it spawns in the wrong way] it sometimes dissapear. That's what I experienced last night tho. I tried now and it didn't appear, it's because it isn't night time in real life? BeamNG was at midnight
Hey guys! I am working on little update for Atlanto where it will include some minor fixes and details which were not present back in the previous version. Also, a document will be released (not sooner) this Atlanto document will included all the history, extra details and story of the island. Some people on this forum already gave me a lot of ideas regarding the crazy, strange myths going on and I really adore it and I would like to add such description in this ATLANTO Document or you can say Book Of Atlanto. So, what are your opinion regarding the document?
i would love it, maybe add some off my explenations as scientist trying to explain some of the myths, and like the murderer, you dont have to, but it would be cool
I best to make a book out of it... like the green ghost story on the forums. Just saying, because people will love it... or not if you want... Also I think should add the logs of people's witness.
