Hey all together, last year some one asked About a Neon Underglow Mod for BeamNG.drive. I want to do something like that. But i have a few Problems with the Mod Creation. I am very new to this so i want to ask if you can help me with it. I made some Photoshop Artworks what it could look like. 3D modeling of a flat Neon Stribe like a really flat Quader or something like that should be no Problem. But how can i emit Light of it, or how can i make snap Points for the Vehicles? How can i implement the mod to the Garage? How does it work with the collision and that it will be destroyed?. It would be really nice if someone can help me with doing this mod and bring it out for you all ^^ Sorry for my bad english it is School english and im done with School since 2006 ^^. Something like would go into the suggestions thread, not in the mods section since this is just a suggestion. back OT, the idea of neons were around when someone made a "Ricer mod" for the 200BX, tho the implementation was a bit meh. I´d be interested to see smth like this tho.

It was probably me you saw asking about the neon mod. No-one took it on so I decided to have a go myself. Going by my notifications you've already found the thread so I wont bother linking it

No, I've got a lot of work to do to increase efficiency, FPS loss is significant at the moment, and I would also like to transfer it to other vehicles prior to release too.
Is it attachable in the Garage or do you have neonlights in 3D models for Snaping under the car or is it just an Option to emit light under the car?.
Its just a series of glowmaps positioned under the cars to create the glow, the strip itself wouldn't be really visible in most circumstances so there is no real need to model them. To answer your question though, they can be added in the garage, same as any other part. They are attached under the 'tow bar' slot.
