Figured ETK would be best, since Autobello was founded in 1948, (a little late for the "Musone,") and it looks very European. (Not much progress in the last few days either. Don't expect much, this is all a first for me.)
That rear sidepanel & the arch are way too detailed, you should crank down the amount of edge loops used
I Known what he means with old opel loock at that picture they also already sayd that on the 1 page the recemblance to the 1949 Opel Olympia
/facepalm I just mentioned the Opel Olympia to justify his decision to turn his game vehicle into an ETK instead of an Autobello, since the FIAT 1100 and one of its natural rivals from Germany like the Opel weren't that far off in terms of styling and design choices. So while it's purely a FIAT 1100 clone right now, it's not that implausible to badge it as an ETK. So far this vehicle is still a 1:1 rendition of the FIAT 1100, though. Saying it's based on a Opel is absolutely nonsensical...
indeed, it needs to be 'masked' to rebrand it, that's what the 'real guys' do too. Nevertheless, great work in process.
I'll see what I can do. It's still pretty rough, and it was also a bit difficult to envision the look of it, especially because it's a rather curvy car. Also, how can you delete edge loops? I still have a lot to learn. (Read first post.)
You need to press Shift + Alt + Right (left?) click on the edge you want to remove, then press X & do Dissolve Edges
"Familie" sounds like one of the worst possible names. Go with something like Gavril Ruhr or Gavril Medaille. Maybe ETK 1100.
Doors continued. I had to make some changes to the A pillar. --- Post updated --- Please don't turn this into a naming suggestion thread, unless the author asked for it. It gets spammy quite fast - Nadeox1
The project is gonna be on hold for a while, it might end up cancelled. If I get into it again, I'll post something, but for now, I'm really not into it. Sorry if it does end up cancelled, but like I said, "it might be dead soon." --- Post updated --- I'm semi-back on it. I'm having trouble going about the frame, so if this aggravates you, I don't blame you. --- Post updated --- I might end up contacting Fiat to see if they may have some original frame diagrams from 1937. I doubt it, but it's worth a try.
take your time, and take a break if you need to. i hope you finish it, but if you dont want to it will be fine, cause if you dont and continue, the mod will suffer because of it
