What he is saying is that Quab is a terrible name for a Soviet/ Eastern-Bloc car company. I kinda have to agree, the name doesn't sound very good to me either.
ive never liked threads like this but ahhh we need something like this: Subaru XT6 Background: Im only suggesting this car because as it stands it is my favorite car from the 80s and i would love to see something like it in Beam. It would be called the Hirochi HXC (Hirochi AWD Coupe) An AWD, 2+0 sports coupe with luxury accommodations and rally in its blood. it would have 6 trim options from the factory: 1986-89 XT4- N/A flat 4 with 95 HP (3A/4M) RXT4- Turbocharged flat 4 with 110 HP (3A/5M) 1990-93 XT6- N/A flat 6 with 145 HP (4A/5M) RXT6- Turbocharged flat 6 with 172 HP (4A/5M) XT6 California Special- same as XT6 but with a completely clear moonroof (whole roof is glass except the structural metal connecting the A/B pillars) RXT6 California Special- same as RXT6 but with a completely clear moonroof (whole roof is glass except the structural metal connecting the A/B pillars) and then 2 custom ones: HXC Rally- fully caged, LSD Front and rear, rally livery, turbo flat 6 producing 250 HP due to upgraded internals and turbocharger. It would have a 6-Speed Rally tuned gearbox and rally struts. HXC Street Custom: fully caged, LSD Front and rear, fancy color, turbo flat 6 producing 235 HP due to upgraded internals and turbocharger. it would have a 6-Speed Race tuned gearbox and race coilovers. external options would range from: -trunk rack/spoiler combo -a separate option for retro decals on the doors that is NOT tied to a certain skin -larger Brigsby/Okudai (not sure if it should even be tied with either company and just be from Hirochi) rear wing, bumpers, sideskirts, fenders/widebody and rims. (equipped on RXT6+4 and Street Custom) -normal headlamps for the 90-93 model year XT6+RXT6 (NOT popups) -updated light fixtures (all are clear w/ black housings for taillights and headlamps) -fog lights option equipped on the RXT6+4 only -two-tone paint scheme for RXT6 -86-89 specific hubcaps+rims (rims on RXT4, hubcaps on XT4) -90-93 specific hubcaps+rims (rims on RXT6, hubcaps on XT6) -Scooped hood (like on the 90's Subaru Outback Sports) w/ little hood vents. Equipped on RXT4+6 EG: Interior options would range from: -Red, Blue, Gray and Black Interiors w/ special stitching on the seats of the RXT6+4 that say Turbo in cool 80's retro font -race seats (duh) -rollcage -functioning boost gauge option equipped on RXT6+4 -NO tachometer on automatic models -digital clock in the center console area -digital gauges on 90-93 models (like the real Subaru XT) -door mounted seatbelts -optional driver airbag steering wheel -Colors would be as shown: (made that real quick) I spent quite a while coming up with this, and i would love a developer opinion. please forgive me if i am wasting your time, but I am going to tag you @B25Mitch and @Nadeox1 Thanks for reading!
1989 - 1994 Bruckell Caballo (Based off the 1993 Chevrolet Cavalier and 1991 Pontiac Sunbird Coupes) The Bruckell Caballo is a small FWD Compact car designed to be sold to members of society who aren't exactly middle class material. It may not be stylish, practical, reliable, well built, well designed, or one of Bruckell's best cars, but at least it's affordable. Trims: Beater: This Caballo doesn't have a lot of life left in her. She's been destroyed by a couple teenagers who took her on a joyride a few years after she was built and just left her in a small garage at a abandoned farm house. The suspension has almost complete collapsed, the steering is very vague, the brakes either don't work at all or at full force, and interior is torn up and dirty, the paint is faded and the parts of the car that aren't cheap plastic have started to rust, and the little 2.0L I4 is barely running, probably making about 50hp at the crank at most. So, what will you do with her; will you restore her or put her out of her misery? Base: This car makes your grandpa's old LeGran seem like a Luxury Car, huh? The Base Model comes with only the essentials and a few options that you better thank whatever God you believe in that the base model Caballo comes with; a Radio, a A/C system, a Heater, ABS, and a tachometer. It also comes with a 90hp 2.0L I4 engine and the option of a 5 speed manual transmission or a 3 speed automatic if you're willing to pay extra. KS: The KS, or Kinda Sporty, Caballo comes with a 120hp 2.2L I4 and the same choice of a 5 speed manual or 3 speed automatic along with power mirrors, power door locks, a trunk rack, and a third brake light. CL: The CL, or Cheap Luxury, Caballo comes with all available options as the KS and Base combined along with some new features like power seats, Auto Dimming rear view mirror, fake wood trim, body colored bumpers and trim pieces, fog lights, and even the option of having it as a convertible! S: The S, or Sport, Caballo comes with a 135hp 3.1L V6 and only a 5 speed manual as it's transmission. It also has sport suspension, sport tires, 4 wheel disc brakes, alloy wheels, and custom front seats with S sewn into the head rests. Street Tuned: Wow, someone actually modified one of these things... either they're extremely shallow or they have a very weird taste in cars. The 3.1L V6 in this modified Caballo S has been given a tune up and even a Turbo Charger, so this baby's making 325hp. It also has a 5 speed manual transmission with a longer gear ratio for those top speed runs. Not to mention it also has racing suspension, brakes, tires, anti-roll bars, a Geared LSD, a Roll Cage, Bucket seats, a stripped interior, and a custom made body kit with a small spoiler on the trunk. Exterior and Interior: (Based off the KS 3 speed automatic model)
Alright then. Thank you for being kind about it. Would country would have a car name that sounds like quab?
What about Jargl? I'm pretty sure people have been using that conpany name for Volvo/Saab suggestions here.
