Texture problems

I'm missing all chrome on my Barstow. Running no mods, cleared the cache multiple times, verified the game files and all that good stuff and nothing is working, even the safe mode, so yeah, I'm kind of out of ideas at this point.

If you spawn them with a double click on the car, they'll appear like that (Idk why). Choose the configuration you prefer in the car config menu, or if you want chromed parts on the double clicked vehicle, press CTRL+W (Vehicle Options) > Colours > pick the 2nd colour and put the chrominess to maximum.
