İ would like to get more info regarding dyno for cars. We haven't heard of it for a while.

 

I think they said it was scrapped.

The port and area around the castle/fort/thing is finished

There's a fire department

 

Everything I found, not sure if I missed anything.

 

these are the changes I could find: the fire station and petrol station in the bottom right, some extra foliage on the peninsula above that. the docks also seem complete, though there don't seem to be any noticeable changes to the castle from here. there's also the extra buildings added to the village to the left of the castle, and the building to the bottom left was moved slightly.

 

I'm pretty sure a bright yellow pixel representing an eSBR is there, too...

Managed to finally make a damn GIF of this.

Potentially, there really isn't any indication when we will get it, with the exception of the fact that there hasn't been an update in a while, but that doesn't really indicate when it will come out, just that there is potential for it to be released.

Photoshop (Elements 9). But most decent image editing software will do it, including the free ones.

All you need to do is split the image into two, and overlap the two layers. Then just change the layering algorithm from "Normal" to "Difference".

I typically see the number of dev posts go up before a release, presumably to hype it and familiarise players with what it contains. Considering how long it has been since the last update, and the increase in dev posts over the past few days, it is possible that an update will come soon. But it is also possible that they are just trying to fill in the void a bit since they have been quite quiet for a while.
