Screen Goes black when respawning vehicle

when I respawn any car, my screen goes completely black, but the game continues to play and i can still hear my car driving and stuff.

Please help me. It worked fine before this. It started this ever since the latest updates.

Update: 1/16/17
I updated to the newest update and the problem no longer occurs.

My pc is above minimum requirements except it has 6 gigabyte ram.

Update 1/16/17
I no longer have this problem after I installed the latest update. But the weird part is that I was already up to date even when the problem occurred.
