You can have a High and Low in the transmission.

I think he's saying that the right lever is the high-low range selector like a splitter, and the left is just the transmission gear selector.

Doesn't work that way. Even if it did there would still have to be an even multiple of forward gears since it has two reverse gears.

With a high-low selector you run through the gear pattern in low and repeat the patern in high for the rest of the gears. That means that the number of gears in each direction must be a multiple of the number of positions on the range selector. It has two reverse gears, so the selector can only have two positions. Therefore, the number of forward gears must be a multiple of two. If it had three reverse gears then it would have to have some multiple of three for the forward gears. Thirteen, being a prime number, makes no sense for that kind of setup.

The trucks that did/do have 13 gears get away with it by using a splitter in conjuction with the range selector and lock the user out of certain ratios. The really old trucks that has 13 gears are a trip to see operated, and had three reverse gears. If you're interested in those look up the old Mack triplex trucks.

Either way they changed it to 12 gears in the last update so it's a non issue now. Not that it really was in the first place, they could have just said that it used a novel and proprietary gearing setup to explain it away. It is gabestar's design after all, he has the final say on how it works.

In order to alleviate some of the performance issues, the rear duallies are simulated as one single wheel, albeit a long one.

Correct. I swear the T-75 looks EXACTLY like the International 9300.

I know the vehicle is not completed, but is the diagram completed? Otherwise that missing front bumper will annoy me forever.
