Free cam on main vehicle + Cam stucked at 365°

Hi all
I notice a bug I ve never seen before. When I am using two cars and press the free cam on the car I am using, it does not work, I change vehicle and it works. When I use one vehicle, I haven't go this problem

Another point that is not a bug I think, when I rotate cam around car (orbit mod), it get stuck once it reachs 365°... I notice it happens when you turn up and down, and less (or not) when you turn right and left. So once I was not able to see the front side of my car (that was flighing in a weird position), whatever the angle or side I was trying to go, I was getting stucked :/
