Just checking, is this purely cosmetic or is the handling different on the snow?

As of right now it is cosmetic. But I am thinking of changing that.

Add the snow material to the snow slot in the groundmodel.lua. If it is a custom snow material then it's
advisable to include an updated groundmodel.lua with the map download. Or, include instructions
in the download showing how to add the snow material to the snow slot.

Please please make it so the roads are slippery. Someone made a snow map of Small Island, USA and they had slippery roads. I loved that map so please make the roads slippery!

East Coast USA looks good in white. Actually, I think it is an epic map for snow cover. There is so much in this
map that would look really nice covered in pristine white. Right now without the trees being snow covered it looks
like ECA is thawing out and getting ready for spring. Dpitkin's Snow Rally map blew the doors open on how
friggin' cool snow can look in maps like this;).

I couldn't agree with you more there.I think changing the textures on the trees will also make it look that much cooler.

By the way ned228, nice mod

I could try to add that in as well as the other features suggested. Snow on the trees and icy roads is coming in the next update I will make of this map

I found a bug... There's no textures on some of the houses in the map, I've cleared the cache and that didn't fix it.

Still no luck fixing the texture issue on the buildings. I have tried making all of the paths in the materials.cs file point to the my map that did not work. I could try to have them point to east coast usa where the building textures work. If any one know what else I could try please let me know.
    thanks

No. I have put my zip directly in my mods folder. However the other map I made works perfectly in this folder.
