V1.2 changes:
- Updated for BeamNG 0.8
- Improved the font to a more realistic 14 segment display.(link)
- Added an imperial version, which you can switch to by selecting "Imperial Digital Dash" under gauges. The M on the right will change to an I.
- Simplified, so the only custom part is the dash.

Night mode + HTML cleanup
- Added a night mode, to aid in focusing on the road when it's dark
- Cleaned up the HTML and LUA a bit.
- Fixes materials for real this time.
