Beta D-series Fifth wheel (max tow package) 0.8.1

Now fixed and functional !
The engine and radiator have been updated to now fit with the new file format (update 0.8).

Now updated to version 0.8
Changes:
-New single cab edition
-New fifthwheel moved forward to benefit from the single cab clearance.
-The max tow rear suspension is now more firm.
-Fix the rear differential who didn`t spawn anymore due to renamed part from game update 0.7

Now reinforced and stronger than ever !

Changes:
-Added the rear frame reinforcement (in the bed part section)
-Reduced the fifth wheel attachement force so the trailer now detach in brutal collision.

-Renamed some files for future compatibility.

-Mesh added (not the most pretty but functionnal for now)
-Improved jbeam structure
-New rear stiffer suspension
-The roamer and van don't list anymore the fifth wheel attachement.

Things to be changed soon:
-FifthWheel variants (taller to keep the bed)
-Rear frame reinforcement.

-Changed the files name to avoid futur compatibility problem.
-Removed the oem parts left in files
